Fintelligent is recruiting an enthusiastic and collaborative Customer Service Advisor to join a market-premier financial company in Altrincham. This full-time customer service role offers a basic salary of £22,000 with excellent working hours and benefits.

If you were already in this customer service job, here are some areas in which you would have been working this week:

  • Answering inbound call queries professionally
  • Factfinding and building rapport whilst resolving client issues quickly and efficiently
  • Resolving client complaints
  • Ensuring compliance processes are followed at all times
  • Supporting new customers through the processes whilst ensuring compliance is to an excellent standard
