Description

Provide an advanced level of knowledge and skills within the specialty of Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services through highly specialist assessments and therapeutic interventions, managing and supporting staff with complex cases and ensuring that evidence based practice and research awareness is used as the foundation for assessment, therapeutic intervention and evaluation of care.

To lead and motivate a small team of Community Mental Health Workers and Out Patient Practitioners carrying out the day to day management functions for this team.

Share your skills and expertise with others through clinical supervision, teaching and training and establishing networks amongst professionals associated with the mental health of children and young people.
