We are currently recruiting for a site maintenance / Facilities / Handyperson who is fully qualified in plumbing and comfortable with joinery work also amongst other tasks.

This is for a FMCG food production site based in Leeds and is a salary of £27,000 per year.

  • Previous plumbing experience/qualifications
  • At least 1 year of maintenance roles.

The role:


  • Salary: £27,000 per year.


  • Monday

  • Friday 8am 4.30pm
  • This role involves general building maintenance and handy work
  • Ensure that any projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Be able to work at height
  • Reactive breakdown support in extremely busy situations
  • Assist and liaise with external contractors and other works as necessary
  • Keeping up the maintenance of buildings and offices to comply with current legislation
  • Be involved with building and maintenance work, when required, to alter or create workspaces suitable for the needs of the business
  • Relevant experience in the building services or maintenance industry
  • Be able to commute between sites
  • Committed, reliable and flexible

Salary:
£27,000.00 per year
