Headquartered in the UK, Ortho Europe also has offices in France and Netherlands and distributors across Europe and the rest of the World.

Ortho Europe is now looking to recruit Trainee Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in Bradford.

Job Summary:

To organise all items from production in to priority order for QC Inspection. To clean and package all items and ensure all paperwork is present for inspection. To ensure the QC area consumables stock is maintained.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

Organise orders giving priority to the earliest dates working to production planning lists.
Check devices meet the specification provided.
Check devices for any cosmetic discrepancies, record these and raise with production managers in the agreed manner.
Ensure all paperwork is in order for devices before passing for final inspection.
Clean devices and ensure dust / pen marks / glue are removed.
Ensure correct care sheets are enclosed with device.
Maintain stock of boxes / laces.
Escalate any concerns or issues with an item to the QC Team Leader.
