Description

Granby is an Employee Owned Trust and we are looking for our next star to join our busy warehouse team in Blackburn as a warehouse team leader.

The purpose of the role is to ensure the effective and efficient running of all warehouse requirements for client activity across operational areas in line with business requirements and ensure SLAs are maintained and quality of accuracy is maintained.

Accountable for:

Receipt of goods process
GRN deliveries
Locating deliveries

RHD

Set up SLA and configuration
Booking in deliveries on diary system
Picking of stock
Stock movements
Stock transfers
Stock counting
Stock quarantining
Stock destructions
Returns receipt, processing and raising any issues found
Waste disposal and General housekeeping
Loading & despatching orders onto vehicles
Provide support, guidance & delegation of work to staff daily

Responsible for:

Picking of stock
Receipt of goods
GRN deliveries
Locating deliveries
Loading & despatching orders
Stock accuracy
Stock storage accuracy
To carry out tasks/requests delegated
Health & Safety & General Housekeeping within Warehouse

Other:

Any other duties as requested
Follow company policies and procedures

KPI's measured against:

Absence levels
Lateness
Picking SLA's & Pick Accuracy
Process & locate all goods in within 24hrs of receipt
All post/parcel/pallets for despatch are loaded/despatched daily
All returned orders/parcels are processed and located within 24hrs
All stock destructions are actioned/confirmed before each month end
All stock counts/audits are completed by the agreed dates
