What you'll be doing:
We are looking for a Paid Marketing Specialist to join our rapidly growing marketing team.

As part of our high performing paid marketing team, you'll contribute to advancing our paid marketingefforts, to connect with our millions of users a month and grow our audience across more than 50 countries worldwide.

You will be responsible for executing paid tactics, across multiple Skyscanner products, to grow volumes and improve efficiencies.

- driven paid marketing strategy to attract and engage with millions of travellers each month.


About the Role:

  • Support execution of Skyscanner's paid marketing strategy and the team in growing YoY traffic
and increasing spend efficiency

  • Manage bids via manual bidding and automated bid management solutions.
  • Launch, manage and optimise paid marketing campaigns across Google, GDN, Facebook,
Instagram and other digital marketing platforms towards performance targets

  • Set up, run and analyse tests such as ad copy experiments, audience tests and creative A/B tests
  • Performance reporting for campaigns and tests
  • Leverage internal data to highlight opportunities and identify trends

About You:

  • 1 year of paid marketing experience or a relevant degree
  • A keen interest in digital marketing
  • Enthusiastic to learn, actively improving your knowledge and keeping up to date with industry
developments and opportunities

  • Highly analytical, able to statistically analyse data and determine campaign success
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with special attention to Excel.
  • Excellent communicator (written and verbal)
  • You enjoy working as part of a team but can also thrive independently
  • Cando attitude and able to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Great attention to detail
