Do you have experience within Clinical Negligence? Are you looking to take the next step with a law firm who are known across the East Midlands for taking genuine care of their staff whilst providing excellent legal services across the region? My client are a lovely forward-thinking private practice who are reaching out to a motivated Clinical Negligence Fee Earner to join their team in Leicester.

As a Clinical Negligence Fee Earner, you will deal with claims against hospital trusts, private healthcare providers and care homes to name a few, assisting on a variety of claims including birth injury, adult brain injury, TVT mesh and other gynaecological cases.

You will be responsible for running clinical negligence cases and handling high court litigated matters and liaising with clients and third parties in a professional manner.

My client are looking for a Chartered Legal Executive or un-qualified fee earner, qualified by experience, with at least 3 years dealing with clinical negligence cases with proven experience in complex and straightforward claims
