Alternative Airlines is a fast growing Online Travel Agent, and our ongoing mission is to empower anyone in the world to book a flight easily, and every booking and every customer counts to us


Are you looking for a new opportunity for 2024? Well look no further We have a training course starting on the 27th February 2024, and it will be 4-6 weeks of dedicated in house training, learning all our systems, and processes. What a perfect way to start a brand new year These are brand new positions as we are extending our opening hours.

What is required from the customer service agent?

  • Using our in house systems and Amadeus GDS to process change
  • Working hard to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to retain customers
  • We want to be the BEST online travel agency out there and you can help on our mission
  • Flexible to work over a seven day period, including evenings and weekends
  • Flexible working arrangements with a hybrid model of office and working from home

Required Skills:


  • Someone who has the passion for customer service and helping our customers regarding their bookings
  • Highly organised, proactive, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Preferable experience within the travel industry
