A Building Services Consultancy is looking to add an Sustainability Consultant to their team due to an increase in workload.

They are willing to offer on the job coaching and training including further education to help you develop.

Duties and Responsibilities:

This position is for someone who has experience as a Sustainability Consultant in the Building Services Industry

Being able to converse with a variety of disciplines to provide strategic low energy design advice.
Liaise with the design team to facilitate the process of sustainability measures.
Complete Sap calculations
You will write up the results in report format along with recommendations as appropriate OR issue SAP, SBEM results or issue Energy Performance Certificates.
You will undertake site surveys, taking dimensions and investigating installed heating, airconditioning lighting and renewable services.
Undertake Carbon Modelling in SAP Elmhurst, IES, TAS or similar software.

Requirements:

You will previously have worked in a Building Services Consultancy or Contractor as a Sustainability Consultant, Energy Consultant or Thermal Modeler or Building Physics Engineer
