The Opportunity


As per our growth and expansion strategy, we are now looking for an experienced middleweight Graphic Designer to join our Media Team.

We're hoping to attract someone who brings real creative energy to the business to help push the business further through highly creative visuals (both print and digital).


This person will be involved in the creative production of a wide range of projects (both UK and globally), so they will need to have good time/organisational management skills, be capable of working independently, and be able to meet tight deadlines whilst working on multiple briefs simultaneously.


This person will be expected to build and maintain strong working relationships as they will work closely with our Head of Design to ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and project requirements.

They will work as part of a busy, close-knit team, so they need to be able to interact confidently and communicate effectively with all team members as well as external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities
Develop creative, engaging concepts and high-quality designs for TONI&GUY and LABEL.

M across a wide range of projects including:

  • POS material and insalon print and digital graphics for promotional and seasonal campaigns
  • Product, packaging and merchandising design
  • Brand identity, illustrations and logo creation
  • Internal and external events and exhibition design
  • Annual brand advertising
  • Educational material and presentation design
  • Keeps up to date on all current creative design, media trends, new features and technology
  • Assist with the management and organisation of project creative and assets
  • Any other duties within the scope and purpose of the job as required

Tools of the Trade

  • Graphic design qualifications and significant GD experience (agency or inhouse team)
  • A good understanding of design direction with the ability to execute strong, fresh creative design ideas/visuals
  • Strong working knowledge/experience within Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Adobe Acrobat) and Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A good understanding of HTML
  • Excellent skills in typography, colour theory, layout and image composition
  • Highly experienced in idea generation with strong thinking and visualisation skills
  • Good understanding of print, digital and production processes
  • Able to follow a project from brief to final artwork
  • Meticulous attention to detail, a proactive approach and passion for what they do
  • Ability to maintain brand consistency and visually appealing quality across all projects
  • Creative experience working within the hairdressing, fashion or beauty industry is desired but not mandatory

- £28,000 - £35,000 pa depending on experience
