Due to our continuous growth, Wing's Technical Services currently have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Co-Ordinator to join our team based in Gosport.

You will be a confident communicator and will consult with colleagues and customers in relation to orders, delivery requirements.

You will assist with pricing and quotes, proactively managing queries and identifying sales opportunities to promote our services and products.

Customer-focused with experience in a similar role, you will have great diligence and always ensure accuracy.

Initiative-taking and approachable, you will be IT literate with a good understanding of Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and will ensure that the necessary information is recorded accurately onto our systems.

You will be able to juggle a variety of tasks simultaneously and adapt to any sudden changes in the priorities, organising your own workload and working to our policies and procedures.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Establish relationships for the business through prospecting, cold calling, and online networking.
  • Handling inbound queries, selling our products and services over the phone and converting prospects into active accounts.
  • Oversee and process sales and management of all account administration.
  • Ensure our customer records system is fully up to date with customer contact information.
  • Make outbound calls to new and existing customers.
  • Promote new products and sales promotions through telemarketing.
  • Follow up on all sales leads and existing quotations.
  • Quotation and order reporting.
  • Processing orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Update customers on order status and communicating any issues/delays.
  • Consulting with customers ensuring you maintain excellent relationships.
  • After sales support.

Skills and Experience

  • Relevant Sales Experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Offer commitment to company's aims and values.
  • Strong and initiativetaking work ethic.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and take responsibility where necessary.
  • Ability to problem solve and resolve issues effectively.
  • General administrative tasks.
  • To undertake any other duties as appropriate within their competence, as required.
