Helping our customers thrive through delivering an unparalleled hire experience to mechanical, electrical, drylining, HVAC and SFS specialists since 2006.

In this role, you will:

Take pride in being responsible for ensuring customers receive the hire equipment they have ordered, or collected, on time and in a positive, friendly manner
Ensure we meet our target of 98% on time delivery
Resolve problems promptly, communicating with customers and colleagues as needed
Load and unload THX's hire equipment using appropriate lifting equipment and manual handling techniques
Follow safe working processes while driving and loading/unloading
Communicate with colleagues in other departments to ensure customer requirements are met
Operate THX's delivery IT system, updating the system data and taking pictures of equipment
Raise issues and opportunities to improve the THX operations
Identify sales opportunities while travelling and report these back to the sales team.
