Broadreach are looking to expand their Contractor Accounts Team by recruiting an experienced Account Manager responsible for supporting several existing accounts whilst working alongside an established team.

The role:


This opportunity is perfect for an experienced delivery or account manager, ideally within the trades and labour, engineering, marine, rail or aerospace sectors, looking to move into a role that focuses on providing quality talent to a range of high-end clients.


Your role will be to establish excellent working relationships with our stakeholders and understand their market to meet and deliver their staffing requirements.

Working on a well-established hot desk, you will utilise your knowledge to service pre-existing business and identify areas of growth.

The role will be predominantly office and site based


Skills and experience:


  • Proven experience as a Contract Recruiter or Account Manager is essential.
  • Confident to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating an aptitude in building relationships across all organisational levels.
  • Responsible for the management of temporary staff, including attending the client's site and liaising with managers regarding staffing requirements.
  • Demonstrate expert market understanding and maximise opportunities for growth
  • Knowledge of compliance within the recruitment process
  • Demonstrate proven ability to deliver a recruitment plan
  • Adhere to all relevant employment and Health and Safety legislation.
  • Attendance at weekly planning and staffing meetings
  • Monitoring of staff quality, attendance and attrition levels.
  • Ensuring client expectations are met and provide insights into their employment market.
  • Ensure required headcounts for clients are met to deliver projects to set deadlines.
  • Support the payroll process for onsite temporary staff and contractors
  • Work closely with the team to ensure business objectives are met
  • Be an excellent negotiator and proven ability to problem solve
  • Drive attention to detail and ensure all information is correct
  • Work as part of the team to succeed against company targets
  • Thrive in a fast pace, busy working environment and can adapt to changing requirements
  • Be a great team player and "whatever it takes" attitude
  • Be proficient with MS Office and be highly confident using IT
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Broadreach and show a commitment to delivering a personalised service
  • Maintain professionalism at all times
  • Demonstrate a competitive nature whilst remaining honest and respectful
  • Flexibility to work outside core office hours when required to meet the needs of the business
