Description
Coolcheck Refrigeration provide all aspects of refrigeration and air conditioning services to a wide range of clients. We undertake design, service, maintenance and installation works on behalf of clients and other contractors.

There will be opportunities to work in a variety of environments on all types of systems including refrigerated cabinets, cold rooms, cellar coolers, ice machines, bottle coolers, VRVs, cassette or wall mount air conditioning, heat pumps, extracts and ducted systems.

Overview:


  • Undertake the installation of air conditioning and refrigeration systems
  • Commissioning and decommissioning systems
  • Working as part of a team
  • Working away from home frequently

Position Requirements:


  • Proven & good air conditioning and refrigeration installation experience
  • FGAS Qualification (City & Guilds F-Gas & Ozone Depleting Substances)
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Preferred but not essential:


  • CSCS skilled worker card
  • NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds equivalent
  • PASMA Certified

Desirable Qualities:


  • Punctual and enthusiastic
  • Uses own initiative
  • A desire to learn the necessary skills
  • Ability to organise own equipment and van stock
  • Good health and safety awareness
  • A logical approach to solving engineering problems

Position Remuneration:


  • Salary negotiable depending on experience & ability


  • Working Hours Mon

  • Fri
  • Working away from home
  • Occasional weekend work
  • Regular overtime available
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Extra 5 days holidays added at 5yrs

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £16.00 per hour

  • Install: 1 year (preferred)
