Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Trust as a Kitchen Assistant. You will be part of the Catering team at South Hunsley School and Hunsley Primary School.

Each day you will support the catering team to provide food of high nutritious quality in an atmosphere of cleanliness and cheerfulness.


The working hours are from Monday to Friday during the school term up to 16 hours per week you will also be paid additional 4 days per year, which enables you to attend team meetings, training and development that sits outside your normal working hours.

Your actual salary is £7,486.70 per annum, and this is paid in 12 equal instalments over the year so even when it is the summer holidays, you continue to receive the same payment that month.

What we are looking for?


We are looking for an individual who has experience of a large scale catering service, and who has Basic knowledge of food hygiene, handling and storage requirements.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Clearance from the Disclosure and Barring Service is required prior to appointment.
