Transport Planner Required
We are looking for an experienced Transport Planner for our well established client in Leeds.

Our client first established in 2006, has been a award winning supplier of fresh products to Local Authority establishments and businesses of all sizes, making more than 3,000 deliveries every day.

The Transport Planner will be required to work Monday-Friday, Day shifts.

Responsibilities:

Plan all outbound deliveries to customers.
Liaise with drivers and operational team with any amendments and optimization requirements.
Provide live updates to customer services and Senior management on lates and ETA's
Assist in adherence to the operational budget, whilst maintaining increased levels of service to all customers.
Source local agency and manage driver start times.
Ensure all deliveries are planned and executed within SLA and to all customers standards.
Ensuring that all legal requirements are adhered to, with regards to transport legislation and that any offenses are communicated to drivers and action taken if appropriate.
