The opportunityProject:
To lead the delivery and growth of day-to-day consultancy services into the client. Be the main point of contact for the client and ensure smooth delivery and organisation.
The post holder will have accountability for setting the client strategy, in collaboration with key stakeholders, account management (CRM), invoicing and managing the relationships in the client framework.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and driving the implementation of strategy for the client for daytoday consultancy delivery.
- Driving collaboration across Mace by bringing the best of our capability and innovative thinking to the client.
- Assisting Resilience Senior Leadership Team in exploring new opportunities for business, in order to continually grow the Business Unit and secure Mace's position as a market leader.
- Providing technical and professional oversight of the performance of daytoday projects, relevant analysis and forecasting.
- Being the main day to day point for contact for Mace with the client and build strong trusted relationships with key client representatives.
- Managing the leadership and direction of the client team, acting as a role model and mentor, implementing Mace and client policies professionally and efficiently.
- Proactively challenging project teams to drive innovation and best practice and provide guidance where required, so we deliver to clients on time and within budget.
You are educated to degree level and have excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills all levels. This should include Customers; team members, 3rd party representatives, other business & functional leaders and key support personnel. You have knowledge and understanding of nuclear decommissioning and remediation programmes along with understanding of framework management.
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams.
