Description
Gotpeople are assisting a fast expanding local business are are looking for a Studio/Print operator.

This is a hands on role, applicants will also need to have a degree of flexibility with start and finish times.


Responsibilities / Requirements:


  • Check customer supplied files prior to importing them into workflow.
  • Troubleshooting issues and correcting files using Adobe and liaising with press operators.
  • Send files to printers using Print Factory/Onyx Rip.
  • Run an Epson, Summa and other in house machines.
  • Ensure that you liaise with the Account Management team about job bag discrepancies and queries about artwork.
  • Follow internal checking procedures for all proofs and prints required for next process.

Skills:


  • Proficient in using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator for iMac.
  • Flexible and proactive approach with the ability to work well within a team and to tight deadlines.
  • Have a high level of attention to detail.
  • Adobe InDesign & Photoshop: 2 years (required)

Job Types:

Salary:
£25,781.00-£30,000.00 per year
