We have an opportunity for a Finance Manager to join a nationwide provider of Open Space Management, to assist with our reporting requirements.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an existing management accountant with the desire to further their own development,whilst being part of the continued growth of an ambitious and successful business.
We are a leading Open Space Management Company, operating nationally from our Head Office in Tarporley, Cheshire and five regional office locations.
We are a professional enthusiastic team working with both property developers and their residents to createthriving open spaces that everyone can enjoy, and wildlife can thrive in.
If you have gained experience within accounting/accounts administration, are working towards your CIMA/ACCA Qualification and are looking for that next step (leap) in your career, we would love to hear from you.
Your previous experience may have been gainedworking for a major house builder or service provider but what is important is the willingness and ability to do what is right.
Main Responsibilities- Completing routine processes such as raising Journals in line with business schedules
- Full Production of Month End Board Park
- Production of KPI's and analysis
- Ensuring customers' requirements & expectations are met in a courteous and professional manner
- Identifying areas of improvement within current systems
- Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed
- Achieving quality standards and fully reconciled customer accounts
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Previous Experience of using MRI Qube
- Work efficiently under pressure
- Highly motivated, reliable, with the commitment to complete activities
- Ability to prioritise your own workload
