A little bit about what we are looking for...
We are looking for a Building Services Coordinator to assist in delivering property related compliance services ensuring that all compliance servicing and inspection regimes are carried out.
This will include compliance related services for Legionella and water testing, lift safety, automatic gates, pumped water systems, sewage systems, PV/solar panels, TV aerials, door entry/warden call, lightning protection and latch-way systems.
We are happy to offer hybrid working with this role; You will be required to be in the office on Tuesday's, Wednesday's & Thursday's with the rest being from home, however please bear in mind we may need you to be in the office more within your probation and training.
Your responsibilities...
- Ensure that PA Housing London and South East Building Services are serviced and maintained to meet current Building Regulations, British Standards, ACoPs and best practise guidance. The building services include lifting equipment; water tanks; water supplies; sewage stations and pumps; door entry; warden call systems; laundry equipment, fall arrest systems, gates and barriers, shared TV aerials; PV/solar panels, lightning protection etc
- Ensure that Keystone Service and Inspection module is used in the management and maintenance of all Building Services and Keystone is updated with all service due dates and component renewal information
- Raise works orders for all aspects of the building services team
- Work collaboratively with the relevant teams to develop effective and efficient services, to deliver consistent services across PA and share best practise
- Assist the Senior Building Services Manager to ensure compliance of our periodic electrical testing in the Midlands. This will be delivered through PA Housing's inhouse electrical team and external suppliers
- Maintain the EICR records as required by the electrical testing regulations
- Ensure that the EICR servicing and inspection records are maintained through Keystone Service and Inspection module and stored electronically
- Ensure the noaccess procedures for fire equipment testing, electrical testing and other building services and equipment are strictly followed
- Assist in delivering PA Housing's Legionella compliance by ensuring all relevant schemes have appropriate and valid water risk assessments, all water systems are monitored and including undertaking temperature checks and water sampling, and remedial works are undertaken to maintain statutory compliancy

- Experience of working within financial parameters and controls.
- Experience of working alongside and supporting external suppliers to deliver an excellent service to our customers
- Experience of working in a RSL
- Experience of working within in a customer focused, performance driven organisation within the housing, voluntary or private sector
- Experience of working in a gas servicing team
- Good administrative experience
