Our client is based in Worthing and in the Public Sector and Government Sector.


Description

As an Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Act as a first point of contact for all visitors.
  • Answer inbound and make outbound calls.
  • Data entry.
  • Update records onto the inhouse system.
  • Booking appointments.

Profile

The successful Administrator will have the following skills/knowledge:

  • Strong communication skills & good telephone manner
  • Previous receptionist experience
  • Good organisational skills

Job Offer

  • Monday
  • Friday 8.30am 4.30pm
  • Temporary Assignment
