An expanding Property and Construction Consultancy are looking for an ambitious Building Surveyor to join them in their West London office.


The consultancy offer a broad spectrum of work mainly in the Education sector but also with a focus on Commercial and Residential properties around Surrey and Greater London.

With 3 offices across the south, this consultancy pride themselves on the strongfoundations they've built with their repeat clients.


As the successful Building Surveyor, you'll play a key part in supporting the team on schemes, carrying out services such as; building surveys, dilapidations, schedules of conditions, specifications and defect diagnosis.


The Building Surveyor

  • MRICS/FRICS/AssocRICS
  • 2+ years Private Practice/Consultancy Building Surveying experience
  • Experience in dealing with properties in the Education sector
  • BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
  • Experience in dealing with Professional Building Surveying matters
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Collaborative and team player attitude

In return?
- £40,000 - £50,000 (Negotiable)
