We work with our clients to help them achieve their advertising goals by reaching the audiences they need to when they need to.

Due to expansion we have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our ever growing Campaigns team as a Data and Sales Executive.

Some of the primary functions will be, supporting the Head of Data and Insight and the ability to build relationships with clients and working effectively as part of a team is essential.

Organisation will also be a key quality as this will ensure accuracy of information to the sales team / campaigns team and establish a smooth process for other departments.

• Assisting Head of Data and Insight with day to day running of Campaigns with jobs including; Liaising with clients on campaign queries e.g. artwork deadlines and specifications and artwork delivery.
• Uploading artwork to LiveDooh and SignageLive content management systems for screen and digivans.
• Create proposals for sales account managers to present to clients.
• Collating and collecting proof of any campaign photos and sending to clients.
• Collating postcampaign analysis reports and sending to clients.
• Office admin; answering the phone, booking staff hotels.
