    About This Role

    As an Instructional Delivery Specialist, you will play a critical role in creating engaging and effective learning experiences for our students.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Present research-driven teaching and adapt to the latest pedagogical techniques that foster student inquiry and understanding of a broad and coherent body of knowledge.
    • Develop and implement assessments that accurately reflect course content and learning outcomes, while minimizing cognitive biasness.
    • Evaluate student performance and provide clear, actionable feedback.
    • Stay up-to-date with best practices in instructional delivery and make recommendations for curriculum development and review.

    • Strong teaching skills and ability to adapt to different learning styles.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze and evaluate student performance data.
