About the Role
In this opportunity as Business Transformation Champion, you will:

Analyse current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops and data analysis.
Work closely with stakeholders to prioritise requirements and align solutions with business goals.
Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of milestones and objectives.
Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform project management work.
Monitor and analyse gotomarket performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and make datadriven recommendations for improvement.

About You
You're a fit for the role of Business Transformation Champion if your background includes:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements and solutions.
Keen interest in project management and familiarity with project management methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Excel
