About the Role
In this opportunity as Business Transformation Champion, you will:

  • Analyse current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops and data analysis.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to prioritise requirements and align solutions with business goals.
  • Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of milestones and objectives.
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform project management work.
  • Monitor and analyse gotomarket performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and make datadriven recommendations for improvement.

About You
You're a fit for the role of Business Transformation Champion if your background includes:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements and solutions.
  • Keen interest in project management and familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel
