We are searching for an experienced Handy manr to drive and enhance our London Showrooms. This is a fantastic opportunity to hone your skills and abilities in the continuously changing automotive industry.


Responsibilities
-
Repair & Maintenance: Act as the primary contact for repair and maintenance of commercial properties as well as personal flats, ensuring that they remain in excellent condition.

Light Installation: Install, replace, and maintain lighting fixtures in various settings, ensuring safety and functionality.

Flat Maintenance: Regularly inspect flats for repairs, perform necessary maintenance work, and ensure all aspects of the flats are in good working condition.

  • Undertake other tasks as required, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and meets any specified guidelines or safety regulations.
  • Have knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
  • Be able to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with a variety of tools.
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance on appliances, fixtures, and other equipment.
  • Be able to read blueprints and diagrams.
  • Have knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Be able to work independently or with mínimal supervision.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Handyman/Technician.
  • Understanding of basic electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Wellorganized and apt in problemsolving.
  • Attention to detail.

Compensation:


  • This is a fulltime position.
  • Rate: £13 per hour.

Pay:
£13.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London, SW3 5HX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- handy man: 2 years (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)

Work authorisation:

  • United Kingdom (preferred)
