The Role


United Learning Trust is looking for an exceptional Site Supervisor to join us at one of our Cambridge Cluster Schools.

Ideally, you will have previous experience of a caretaking/site role.

This role manages all aspects of school facilities maintenance including caretaking duties, Health & Safety responsibilities, overseeing cleaning contract at school level etc., with the support of the Cluster Facilities Manager.

You'll regularly engage with the Senior Leadership Team, and other key stakeholders to assist in the day-to-day running of the school.

You will be dedicated to ensuring high standard to maintenance, caretaking, cleaning and Health & Safety are maintained within and around the school.


The Facilities Team have a very varied and busy role from setting up chairs for assemblies to minor building repairs.

You will liaise with contractors to ensure the school site is fully maintained at all times. You will become part of an outstanding Support Staff team that play an integral part of our students' outcomes.
