TLU Contracts Ltd are looking for Invoicing Administrator to join our Team at our offices in Chelmsford, Essex.

This role is for someone with attention to detail and knowledge of the BT Openreach civils network.

  • Valation of Completed Job Packs from Agents
  • DFE submissions onto database for final measure
  • A55 As Built hand drawn drawings showing the works completed ensuring you meet client requirements
  • R1 Reinstatement submission on live system showing exact location of works completed using SWANS or Street Manager
  • Final Validation for submission of job pack for payment.
Good communication skills will be required as there will be regular contact with the Agents and the Client.
