Due to the location of the role, a driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.

Roles & Responsibilities

Process customer orders within a timely manner, ensuring accuracy
Discuss customer requirements, provide advice and guidance for available products
Provide information to customers about offers and promotions
Update a bespoke customer database with confidential information

Skills & Experience

Previous customer service experience essential
Polite and professional telephone manner
Able to prioritise workloads
Strong IT skills to include MS Office
Fast and accurate data entry skills
Full UK driving licence
