Description

The Dental Receptionist will be supported by a long-standing team who are happy to support when required. You will learn and deliver first class customer service alongside supporting patients with queries and enquiries.

• Be comfortable check patients in and out and making appointments

• Good communication skills
• Orderly
• Comfortable with Microsoft packages
• Comfortable working in a faced environment
• Excellent organisational skills
• Be able to work well as part of a team, establish a good rapport and articulate information clearly

Knowledge of Software of Excellence is desired but not essential.
