KHCS LTD (Kitchen Hygiene Cleaning Services Ltd) are a national Deep Cleaning Company who have managed to grow year on year to become one of the market leaders in its field. We are now looking to recruit a new member of staff to join the accounts team based in Hull.

Finance Assistant:


  • Process accounts for all receivable transactions
  • Invoice all works undertaken
  • Conduct data entry
  • Chase up payment for outstanding invoices
  • Raising Purchase Order numbers

Expectations:


  • Previous experience as an Finance Assistant/ similar role
  • Experience, knowledge & understanding of accounting software such as Sage & Microsoft Packages
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The Finance Assistant will be tasked with ensuring the Smooth day to day running of the finance Department and will report directly to the Finance Director.

Part-time


Pay:
£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)

  • Accounts receivable: 1 year (required)
