Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our team as a freelance Property Inventory Clerk.

As an Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for attending appointments on site in various locations in West London and Central London, carrying out inventory inspections on properties for check ins, check outs and some interim reports.

You will have good attention to detail, good written English skills, be professional and presentable. It is essential you have experience as a property inventory clerk and know how to use Inventory Base software


Responsibilities:

• Conduct inventory reports for checkins, check out reports and interim/midterm inspections at a property
• Compile and return accurately written reports in a timely manner
• To be professional and punctual when attending appointments

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience as an inventory clerk or related field is essential
• Good working knowledge of Inventory Base software or similar
• Strong attention to detail
• Good grasp of written and spoken English
• Professional and trustworthy
• Excellent personal organisational skills
• Able to work independently

£50.00-£200.00 per day
