Description

We're looking for an individual with a keen eye for detail to join our fast-paced global wellness business offering allergy and intolerance testing on a part-time basis working mornings.

Job Purpose:

To assist the operations in our allergy and intolerance hair testing labs ensuring good practice, adherence to SOPs and high client focus.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring data input is completed within customer promise timescales.
Comply with business and regulatory requirements and best practice
To ensure quality management of our services and processes.

Customer Focus:

To be a referral point for some customer and internal queries.
To ensure attention to detail.

Outline Skills

Great communication skills both personal and written format.
Ability to listen and understand both client needs and the needs of department heads.
Ability to work under own initiative.
Organised and able to work to deadlines and targets.
Good attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Ability to input data accurately and efficiently.
Ability to use Microsoft Office
