Bookkeeping Duties:
- Processing sales/purchase invoices
- Collating & calculation of wages, salaries onto SAGE for processing
- Reconciliation of ledgers & processing payment runs
- Resolving invoice queries
- Bank reconciliation
- Assisting with monthly management accounts
- Knowledge of VAT to ensure correct recording
- Good knowledge of SAGE accounting software
- Other ad hoc accounts tasks as required
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 12 per week
Salary:
£12.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- bookkeeping: 3 years (required)
