War-Tech provide independent expert services in the built environment to a panel of solicitors and provide a full RICS accredited surveying service for court required surveys and reporting throughout the Yorkshire and Lancashire regions.

The Surveying team are supported by the operations administration department who engage with clients to arrange survey bookings with clients and then provide administration support for the surveying team to provide a complete court ready report and appendices package in line with the current RICS specifications model.

Responsibilities

• Contacting clients to arrange survey appointments for the surveying team
• Updating information on our CRM.
• Liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
• Document collation, merging and issuing to lead surveyors for signature then issuing completed documents to various solicitors
• General office tasks.

Must Have Attributes, Skills and Qualifications

• Must be focused on accuracy and very detail oriented.
• Administrative experience, with good working knowledge of the use of standard Microsoft Office programs, more specifically Word, Excel and Adobe
• A desire to develop, progress and take on responsibility.
• Able to prioritise, plan and organise a varied workload, with accuracy in a fastpaced environment.

Salary:
£17,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
