Temp receptionist required for prestigious luxury serviced office based in Bristol. Elbrus Partners is a growing leader in recruitment services. Our client requires an experienced receptionist to cover reception duties on 22 June. Training on 21 June for a few hours.
Requirements:
- Previous temp experience
- References available
- Must have exceptional customer service skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and multitask.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients by greeting them in person or on the phone, answering or referring inquiries.
- Responsible for setting up meeting rooms and helping clients
- Admin
- Answering phone calls and responding appropriately to the caller's needs
- Keeping track of the people arriving for appointments and when they leave the building
Job Type:
Temporary contract
Contract length: 2 days
Salary:
£13.00-£15.00 per hour
