Based in the heart of Liverpool close to Moorfields train station and Lime Street, Police Mutual are passionate about Police and Military welfare, delivering a fantastic member experience and simple solutions for absolute peace of mind to our Police Mutual and Forces Mutual Members.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our General Insurance team working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, delivering excellent customer service to our Police Mutual members and Forces Mutual customers.

In October 2020 Police Mutual were acquired by Royal London Group.

About the role

Be the first point of contact for our members, dealing with all elements of customer queries including taking inbound calls and making outbound calls where necessary
Look for new business opportunities while supporting customers to ensure they are on the best insurance policies
About you

Previous experience of working within an office based, telephony role
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
