About You:


  • Sales and customer service experience preferred
  • Call centre experience is desirable but not essential
  • Selfmotivated
  • Able to take ownership and responsibility
  • Good verbal & written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and be able to deliver on targets.


To be successful you must have experience of working in a telesales and customer service environment, the ability to proactively maximise opportunities to generate sales and ability to work with and maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.


About the Role:


  • Add value by maximising opportunities on all calls to cross and upsell both SJA training courses and supplies products.
  • On the back of marketing campaigns make outbound calls to both new and existing customers to promote SJA services and products.
  • Responsible for achieving both training and supplies sales targets, protecting profit margins to generate revenue for the charity.
