About You:

Sales and customer service experience preferred
Call centre experience is desirable but not essential
Selfmotivated
Able to take ownership and responsibility
Good verbal & written communication skills.
Positive attitude and be able to deliver on targets.

To be successful you must have experience of working in a telesales and customer service environment, the ability to proactively maximise opportunities to generate sales and ability to work with and maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

About the Role:

Add value by maximising opportunities on all calls to cross and upsell both SJA training courses and supplies products.
On the back of marketing campaigns make outbound calls to both new and existing customers to promote SJA services and products.
Responsible for achieving both training and supplies sales targets, protecting profit margins to generate revenue for the charity.
