Job description

LT Building Contractors are looking to expand their workforce by recruiting both an experienced joiner and foreperson on either a self-employment (CIS contract) or permanent employment basis dependent of experience of managing/supervision of jobs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is hardworking, skillful, competent and has experience in extensions, structural works, renovations, commercial shop fitting and all other aspects of the building trade.

Roles & Responsibilities
- have extensive joinery experience within a main contracting environment
- be able to be organised and diligent when reading architectural/structural/professional drawings and plans
- be able to work alone on a project using their own initiative or lead and supervise as part of the team
- be able to adapt quickly, calmly and positively to changing priorities
- have a full driving licence

Salary:
£20.00-£25.00 per hour
