About the role:


As a Lean Coordinator you will be crucial in driving forward and implementing a sustainable and forward-thinking way of working.

Reporting into the General Manager you will act as the Continuous Improvement lead for site and support the teams with root cause finding whilst helping drive forward cost reduction projects.


What will I be doing?:


  • You will support the site in problem solving and root cause finding. Work with the teams to sustain any improvements.
  • You will enable the embed the 1KPS principles on site with every team
  • You will work with the whole site on removing variations from the process. Making sure site standard and procedures are followed.
  • You will drive out waste and reduce costs as part of the cost out projects to increase site BOP.
  • You will work on the endtoend value stream to reduce complexities, reduce waste and drive performance.
  • You will be an integrated senior team member who can challenge the team to deliver the sites goals.
  • You will work to educate the site teams on the principles of lean production.
  • You will have an input into transformational and capital projects to support their delivery on site.

What do I need to be successful?:

In order to be successful in this role we would be looking for the right competencies and aptitudes as well as your proven track record of success in a Manufacturing or Supply Chain role.
