Description

Wood is currently recruiting for a CMMS Co-ordinator (Computerised Maintenance Management System) to join our Team on a Staff Basis.

Administration and management of the CMMS System

Includes data quality monitoring

Minor change implementation

User supervision

Report generation to support the Asset / business


Knowledge, skills and experience:


Experience:

Demonstrable balance of industrial and management experience at relevant level and position gained. Excellent oral and written communication skills


Skills:

Capable of working with the Microsoft office suite and ideally including working with databases.

Professional demeanour, strong interpersonal skills.

Able to demonstrate team building skills and capable of influencing people at all levels of the organisation.

Enthusiastic, conscientious and keen to learn.

Flexible with can-do attitude.

Mobile and willing to spend time away from office location as and when operation requires.


Discipline Specific:

Refer to knowledge tables for discipline specific competencies


People:

Provides coaching and mentoring as delegated.


Process Ownership:

Management of change in the CMMS System

Promote standardised work management and reporting systems

Drive and promote the use of the CMMS whilst trying to minimise its cost of ownership.

Work with 3rd party support contracts & site teams

Participate in audits & incident investigations as required.

Represent Wood Operations & Maintenance CMSS discipline in the contract.

Actively maintaining own competence and continuous development.


Subject Matter Expertise:

Understand the performance standards for service delivery and demonstrate how these are delivered within own area of activity.

Provide Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Coordinator expertise to the business

Be very familiar with supported assets, their systems of work and operations teams.

Technically competent in own discipline and actively maintain own competence according to standards and pursue continuous professional development.

Provide delivery support to the business
