KIMS Hospital is the largest independent hospital in Kent and we are recruiting.We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for detail to join our Sevenoaks Medical Centre as a Customer Service Administrator.
Our Sevenoaks Medical Centre team consists of Nurses, Care Support Workers, Radiographers, Physical Therapists and administrators to provide outpatient and diagnostic services to the local community across to a full range of clinical specialties, including orthopaedics, dermatology, urology, gynaecology, gastroenterology and more.
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Centre in multiple departments including Front of House, Outpatients and Imaging.
You will be a strong and efficient administrator who is completely patient focussed, with a desire to contribute to the delivery of healthcare at its very best.
This role is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. Shifts will be 8 hours per day Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00 and 20:00.
Role Responsibilities include:
A Customer Service Administrator will:
- Welcome all patients, visitors, consultants and staff to the centre
- To provide an administration service to all departments
- Responsible for the appropriate management of patient appointments
- Ensure accurate records are kept at all times in line with GDPR
Person Specification:
- Educated to GCSE standard including Maths and English grade 4 or Equivalent
- Positive and friendly in their approach to patient care
- Experienced customer service role
- Flexible in their approach to work
- Able to work both autonomously and part of a team
