Band 2 - £11.45/hr (Weekdays), £16.14/hr (Saturdays) & £20.95/hr (Sundays & Bank Holidays)
20 hours per week - Monday-Sunday 5 days from 7 working 4 hours/day

Meadowbrook Unit at Salford Royal Hospital is currently seeking a dedicated Domestic Cleaner to join their dynamic team.

As a Domestic Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness within our hospital wards and clinical areas, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the cleaning of hospital wards and clinical areas, including but not limited to patient rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and communal areas, following established cleaning protocols and schedules.
Adhere to infection control policies and procedures to maintain cleanliness and prevent the spread of infections, contributing to the overall safety and wellbeing of patients and staff.
Safely use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, following manufacturer guidelines and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Person Specification:

Previous experience in a domestic or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering highquality cleaning services.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with patients, visitors, and colleagues.
Demonstrated reliability and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet cleaning objectives and deadlines.
