Join our dynamic educational community in the heart of Watford

We are currently seeking motivated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join our team.

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Provide individual and small group support to students, reinforcing lessons and facilitating understanding.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
  • Support teachers in implementing behaviour management strategies and maintaining a positive classroom culture.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to assess and monitor student progress, providing valuable insights for instructional planning.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and fellow staff members

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a classroom setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting the development of children.
  • Basic understanding of educational technology and tools

Requirements:

Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday:

  • Recent experience working with children in a school or alternate environment is preferential but you must have previous experience with children in some capacity in the UK
  • Enjoy working with children and seeing them progress with their learning
  • Either live in Hemel Hempstead or within a commutable distance

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.

£60.00-£85.00 per day
