About The Role:


Due to expansion Nobilis Care are looking for a care coordinator in Yate to support our community care service which covers the South Gloucestershire area.

What hours am I expected to work?
Monday - Friday.

09:00 - 17:00

You will be expected to support the out of hours on call service.

What will YOU be doing as part of the Nobilis TEAM?

  • Coordinating our frontline staff schedules
  • Building relationships with care staff and clients
  • Managing the inhouse care scheduling system
  • Outbound calls to staff, clients and external health care professional's
  • Working part as branch team to deliver first class care
