They now have an exciting opportunity to recruit on a 12 month FTC a Technical Manager who will focus on Audit & Assurance matters impactingaccountants across the UK / EU.

The Technical Manager, Audit & Assurance will produce and disseminate guidelines and commentary that will assist accountancy groups with timely and useful support on audit and assurance challenges.

To influence organisational policy, protect the organisation's reputation, and promote its influence in audit and assurance issues, particularly those pertaining to audit quality, UK audit reform, and suggestions for raising the bar on international andUK standards and practises for auditing and assurance.

This position offers a lot of variety and the chance to network with, influence, and learn from a variety of important stakeholders with an interest in audit and assurance.

Engage directly with key stakeholders within and outside the profession on key policy issues and challenges in audit and assurance
Create and curate high quality implementation support and guidance for members on auditing and assurance standards and other related areas.
Promote audit quality throughout the profession by proactively addressing issues and establishing thought leadership on significant advancements and change recommendations.
Work together with various departments to produce audit and assurance material and events of the highest calibre and to make sure that the alreadyexisting content is current and appropriate.
