£80,000 - £90,000

LONDON
An exciting opportunity to work for a rapid growth FinTech that offers its customers an innovative insurance solution


THE COMPANY
This innovative FinTech company has been growing rapidly since being founded.

It was the first company of its kind and is now looking to bring on a Lead Pricing Data Scientist to help fuel its growth further.


THE ROLE
Within this role as a Lead Pricing Data Scientist, you will be helping to analyse existing pricing models and offer suggestions on possible improvements


Other responsibilities will include:

  • Negotiate pricing changes with our insurers and use data to make recommendations
  • Help identify market trends and potential competitive advantages
  • Report on and evaluate portfolio performance
  • Assist the data engineering team in developing warehouse datasets

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Lead Pricing Data Scientist will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience working in the insurance industry
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong with SQL
  • Experienced with Python or R
  • Exposure to building stats models

THE BENEFITS
The successful Lead Pricing Data Scientist will receive a salary of between £80,000 - £90,000.
