    Ambitious Professionals Sought for Global Markets & Channels Strategy Role

    Combine your strategic acumen, commercial expertise, and exceptional communication skills to drive impactful decisions across the LEGO Group.

    Please note: This position can be based in Copenhagen, Billund, or London, with a hybrid working model featuring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Relocation support is not provided.

    Core Responsibilities:
    • Serve as a strategy and commercial partner to the Markets & Channels (M&C) team, driving strategy mobilization and business plan execution.
    • Lead strategic engagements, focusing on marketing-related projects, from framing problems to communicating findings and inspiring change.
    • Support monthly senior leader meetings, ensuring effective communications and governance for efficient decision-making.
    • Collaborate across M&C and Product & Marketing Development (PMD) teams for strong cross-functional alignment.
    • Contribute to leadership decisions through constructive challenge and strategic sparring.
    • Partner with other Market & Channels Strategy Partners on global initiatives, direction cascading, capability-building, and knowledge-sharing.
    • Develop and deliver presentations to various audiences, including C-level executives.

    Contribute to Team Success

    This role reports to the Strategy Partner for the Chief Commercial Officer, within a team of 8 Strategy Partners supporting Heads of Market Groups globally and LEGO Retail.

    We ensure coherent implementation of global priorities and commercial projects in our markets, while leading regional strategic priority definition and delivery.

    Requirements:
    • Proven experience in top-tier strategy consultancy or similar roles within FMCG/CPC industry.
    • Outstanding analytical skills extracting insights from complex business problems.
    • Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and commercially savvy mindset.
    • Excellent communication skills structuring documents, quantitative analysis, and PowerPoint presentations for executive level communication.
    • Marketing strategy experience preferred but not required.
