As a first line customer service agent you will provide support and guidance to customers requiring repairs or maintenance to their renewable energy solutions, arranging remedial maintenance visits where appropriate.

Making positive connections and building rapport, you will deliver the world class customer service that built our reputation as a market leading, trusted and reliable installer of green energy solutions.


What you'll do:


  • Book warranty visits to repair/ replace ProjectEV products.
  • Liaise with ProjectEV field engineers to ensure daily routes are efficient.
  • Work alongside support teams in the ProjectEV network to increase the quality of site visits.
  • Produce weekly site visit reports to track performance of department.
  • Attend weekly meetings with other departments to update on weekly progress, challenges & successes as well as AOB.
  • Achieve KPIs set by Head of service on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Communicate and work collaboratively with relevant subcontractors.
  • Prioritise & restructure engineer job sheets to ensure service KPIs are met.

What you'll bring:


  • Experience in a scheduling or planning role (industry experience desired but not essential)
  • Hardworking, tenacious, and committed.
  • Able to remain calm under pressure & flexible to changes in schedules.
  • A strong team player
  • Selfmotivated.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Have a customer service approach to all interactions.
  • Experience in dealing in a fastpaced environment

Where you'll work:

  • Working out of Project Better Energy's head office predominantly, based at Lancaster Business Park, Burton-OnTrent DE13 9PD.
  • Potential work out of our Wolverhampton site, based at Unit 12 Planetary Road Industrial Estate, Planetary Road, Willenhall, Wolverhampton, WV1 3XA.

Salary:

£22,000-£24,000 depending on experience


Hours:
37.5 per week Mon-Fri (30 minute unpaid break)
