**Engagement Lead
Xyla Health & Wellbeing (part of Acacium Group)**
Location: Field based with frequent travel across South East & South West London

Type:
Fixed Term contract until end of April 2023 (possibility to go permanent)


Hours:
Part-time, 2.5 days a week between Monday-Friday


Salary:
£12,000-13,000 per annum

We are looking to appoint an Communications Officer to promote our NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme whereyou will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across South East & South West London to support and increase referrals.


We're looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills to be the first point of contact for local GPs and attend Public Health events to promote our service and the amazing work that we do.

Everyday you will...

  • Promote the service through Primary Care and Public Health, offering direct support to GP practices to increase referrals
  • Establish and maintain close working relationships with key stakeholders by attending regular meetings to support ongoing referral generation and registrations
  • Analyse referral and update numbers onto the NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme
  • Promote the service to communities by attending various events or forums, and attending regular meetings with key stakeholders of the programme.
